Information collected
NCL collects personal information only when it is provided through the forms on this site: name, contact details, employer or company where given, and the content of the enquiry. The Bring Your Own Client form additionally asks about current client relationships so that a conversation can be prepared properly. Browsing the site does not require an account and does not ask for personal information.
Use of information
Information submitted through a form is used to respond to the enquiry the form was sent for: a question about an assignment, an expression of interest in a role, or a request for a conversation. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. Information relating to roles and appointments is kept for the duration of the recruitment conversation and then reviewed. Anyone can ask for their information to be deleted at any time.
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website and NCL’s email, and with no one else unless the law requires disclosure. Where an enquiry concerns work involving an alliance or affiliate company, information is shared with that company only with the enquirer’s agreement.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses the minimum of cookies needed for it to function, together with basic analytics that measure page use in aggregate. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.
Rights
Under UK data protection law, individuals have the right to see the personal information NCL holds about them, to correct that information, to have it deleted and to object to its use. Requests can be made to info@nuclearconsulting.co.uk and will be answered promptly. Complaints can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
